Quality HomeCare have been caring for my 92 year old mum for just over 2 years, The staff are totally committed to provide a quality service they are so caring and as needed by a 92 year old are always on time in fact in the two years of using the company not one of the staff have let mum down or been late. With the reassurance Quality HomeCare offer I am able (daughter) to grab some quality time for myself. In addition while the pandemic has been on the management has carefully provided the same staff to care for mum, which has been so comforting. I would totally recommend Quality  HomeCare NorthWest for your love ones who need extra care at home. They have looked after my mum for the last three years and all the staff are amazing.  They are genuinely caring people and go way beyond there duties to help out. Over lockdown, I knew mum was safe and being well looked after, when I couldn’t visit her. Mum would be so up lifted when one of the staff would knock with a surprise package of cakes or flowers, especially when they had so much to deal with because of covid.

Also they will ring with any concerns about mum however big or small. I also feel I can ring them as there is always a friendly voice on the end of the phone.

Quality HomeCare NorthWest Limited is extremely professional and well-organised. They were able to give advice about care and equipment in the home. I have a team of about five carers who are punctual, polite, caring and compassionate. They are all skilled in various areas of caring and I am treated with respect and dignity at all times. All visits are recorded in a file left in my home. I have no hesitation recommending them to my friends.

Following my eye operation, I needed help with my disabled husband first thing in the morning to help him dry and dress after showering. The help we received was second to none and I would have no hesitation calling on their excellent services if I needed to again. I can’t speak highly enough of the ladies who came to our assistance.

My Mother-in-Law has been cared for by Quality Homecare North West since their first day in business. She lives with us, and we care for her 24/7 but we have carers calling in for a few hours a week to help with some personal care and to give us a much-needed break too. At 91, it really helps for her to see other people who provide support and someone else to chat with, all in the comfort of her own familiar surroundings. We are all so pleased that we found Quality HomeCare NorthWest during our initial search, as soon as we met the Care manager/Owner we knew they were the ones for us. They really are amazing, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have used other care companies in the past, but none of them compares to Quality HomeCare. My Mother-in-law is always treated with respect, care and compassion. I don't know what we'd do without them.
